How to successfully participate in commercial fairs and missions

IMPORTANCE:

Experience shows that commercial fairs are the ideal way to stimulate the buying and selling of products and services in new markets, or to keep the ones already conquered.  Just by assisting to these events, there's no guarantee of possitive results, so to take maximum advantage of a fair, one needs to know how to successfully participate in it.  At the end of the seminar, the attendant will be able to plan his participation in a commercial fair, making note of technical aspects to maximize the desirede results.
